We are Lot 174, 2670 Lookout Lane

Many of our friend’s expected us to sue the HOA for the $2000 since it was obviously an egregious act to confiscate our deposit without respecting a proper caliper measurement process. But I have decided not to sue since the lawyers would need to make so much extra money to cover their effort. I just did not want to feel dirty by engaging in a legal action against my community. My relationship with God has heavily influenced me on this decision. I have a feeling that my message sent to the HOA will have positive effects on our community. Hopefully they will someday realize that trust in their fellow man will yield so much more then the power rush desired by wannabe leaders. Plus, our landscaping is quickly becoming the most beautiful yard in the community, and this would have never happened if we followed the HOA rules of specific trees and 5 gallon plants.
